The role is to identify construction projects in Qatar Market, related to our scope of services, solicit inquiry, submit quotation, negotiate and win the projects.
The candidate must have experience in working with a sub-contractor, suppliers in specialized construction services, such as : concrete repairs, structural strengthening, crack injections, marine repairs, industrial flooring, protective coatings, passive fire protection, fire stopping, sealants works and waterproofing works.
Job Description :
Develops a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Defines and achieves annual sales and collections target
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goal
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Monitors market pricing and ensures that own pricing is competitive
Prepare sales contracts / proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Ensures timely collection of receivables from credit sales to the clients
Prepares and implements credit policies for respective customer segments
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Planning and preparing presentations
Communicating new product / service developments to prospective clients
Strengthens DicoTech brand recognition for market penetration
Resolves client’s complaints and disputes arising in any of the contracts. Advises if legal action is required.
Helps Company to register / pre-qualify for contractors, consultants, Government projects
