Job Description : Business Development
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear targetingstrategy alignment and an extended, fully managed sales cycle.
Deliver accelerated growth to meet or exceed GET opportunitiesbudget.
Direct a systematic, dynamic and repeatable sales approach thatextends from understanding costs, defining pricing strategy,setting prices and rules, controlling transactions, and monitoringoutcomes.
Target the right market to ensure that Environmental Solutions as abusiness unit achieves its desired outcomes.
Managing the P&L commercials and cost modelling for ESbusiness, ensuring that budget targets and profitability goals aremet or exceeded.
Participate in educational opportunities including readingprofessional publications, investing in personal and social medianetworks, participating in professional organisations and meetings- to continuously enhance market knowledge and add value to salesgrowth potential.
Comply with individual sales strategies for all revenue streams andidentify market trends aligned by industry and geography via robustmarket research.
Shape and develop lasting relationships with large clients in orderto penetrate organisations both vertically and horizontally tomaximise sales opportunities across segments.
Conduct competitor and customer analysis to achieve and maintaindeep market knowledge of the competitive landscape. Utilisestrategic tools (PESTLE, SWOT, Ansoff’s andPorter’s) and sales methodologies such as SPIN tomaintain competitive advantage and achieve >
30% conversionby ACV.
Responsible for business projections and business plan.
Responsible for financial KPI (e.g. : Revenue, profitability,overheads, expenses etc.) while ensuring overall financialhealth.
Analyses and controls expenditure of sales function to conform tobudgetary requirements
Reporting and Analysis
Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports asrequired, inclusive of sales pipeline, sales phasing forecast andsales performance data.
Compile detailed records for customer analysis, including capturingcontextual events of prospecting interest from open source andsocial media research.
Work with team to define and implement salesfocus by customer, segment, vertical and territory.
Identify market sector trends. Define, execute and coordinatesector segmentation for focused sales prospecting across the QATARand wider GCC.
Liaise directly with the Team to ensure that sales strategy issystemic, coherent and aligned across the Commercial Team, and thatsales processes are applied in accordance with departmentalgovernance and compliance procedures.
Compile tenders and quotations as required. Refer all large valueopportunities to the Camel team and act as the technical inputadvisory lead.
Provide commercial support to the teams whennecessary, including major tender technical compilation andcost-modelling coordination.
RequiredQualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering), equivalentcombination of education & exp
