Bringing in the Airlines andBusiness consulting experience in various airline domain business areasincluding cargo, flight operations, catering, media, technical maintenance,airport management, ground services etc.
Expert in stakeholder mapping andmanagement
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, documentation of Businessrequirements, documenting functional specifications
Create user stories forthe Agile Sprints
Collaborating with the Business and IT teams to ensure therequirements feasibility analysis done to cater the Business needs.
Preparethe use cases and develop test cases for User Acceptance testing
Partneringwith the Testing team in the larger projects to ensure correct Businessrequirements are delivered
