  • Assist the business operationsmanager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relatingto the operation of the business.
  • Maintain anupdated client, customer, contractor and supplier managementsystem.
  • Monitor expenses and budget in linewith the finance and accounts department.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvementsin any aspects relating to increased performance.
  • Help with the onboarding process including screen andinterviewing candidates.
  • Train new hires asnecessary and ensure policies and procedures arefollowed.
  • Keep up to date with the currentmarket trends and industry forecasts.
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimalwork production across the board.
