Job Profile Drives specific strategicplanning initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support forsolution development.
Provides advanced expertise to create thedefinition, understanding and framing of complex businessinitiatives. Leads advanced planning, analysis, solutiondevelopment and presentation for more complex strategicinitiatives.
Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relativeto the initiatives. Mentors and educates team members regardingadvanced planning practices.
Analyzes and recommends solutions forkey initiatives. Develops structured and compelling presentationsto highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decisionmakers within the company.
Collaborates with the line of businessto implement recommended strategic solutions. Transactionalresponsibility for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in areas ofstrategy such as Long Term Strategic Plans, Strategy reviews,Championing (as appropriate) and Monitoring Initiatives related toStrategy and Change Management etc.
Boundary role between CorporateStrategy and SBU. Develop capability in selected areas of strategy( verticals’) and act as a champion incross-SBU applications.
Champion and roll out risk identification,mapping and mitigation as per the guidance of the Corporate RiskTeam. Champion other Corporate or SBU initiatives like BusinessProcess Management, Business Excellence, ISO-9001, Business ProcessRe-Engineering, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen as appropriate.
