Applicants should be an Engineer graduate.>

Should possess work experience of 3 to 10 years.>

Good communication skills in English is essential,skills in French will be an advantage.>

Need ability to debug data and voice protocols (ISDN, SIP, Ethereal / WireShark, ).>

Experience in Networking and telecommunication environment.>

Need good understanding in VoIP technology (SIP protocol recommended).>

Possess experience in the access and broadband area.>

Applicants should be a customer minded,stress resistant and a problem solver personality.>

Cisco certification recommended.>

Should be willing to travel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : >

Provide technical support to the companies products to direct customers being an interface between external and internal parties.>

Representing the company as a product and technology specialist.>

Assist in pre-sales consultancy, demo and POC.>

Deliver when needed assistance and / or training on site.>

Participate to validation testing in both company labs and Customer labs.>

Manage customer issues reported in our web ticketing system>

Follow-up of issues with R&D.>

Participate to technical documentation (application notes, configuration examples, test plans, ).
