1.Develops supervises the administration of comprehensive compensation programs for personnel including salaries benefits job evaluation and incentive compensation which are competitive with the market.
2.Coordinates and supervises all recruitment activities to ensure sufficient staffing of qualified employees to meet operating needs.
Approves employees contracts.3.Reviews develops updates personnel policies and procedures to conform to legislation.4.Anticipates best practices to remain relevant to the group needs.
5.Supervises the payment of staff salaries and fringe benefits in line with Rules and Regulations.6.The position responsibility includes responsibility for Staff Benefits Relations Compensation Employment ManpowerOrganization Planning and Payroll.
7.Plans and controls the overall employees training programs and career development and Control purchases of general office supplies.
8.Maintain and follow up on the workman compensation claims and records.9.Monitoring all administration staff efficiency and accuracy and notifying them in case of mistakes or no compliance with the organization policies and procedures.
10.Monitoring and follow up on staff accommodation and its general situation.11.Taking all the necessary actions to insure a high standard of services and quality.
12.Performs other related duties as assigned.
