  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements Take Minutes, developed and distribute minutes of meetings Collate information;
  • documents compilations and submissions Receive, check, record and file all technical and non-technical documents as per company policy and procedures and keep under safe custody Coordinates with the team in order to ensure that documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive Ensures all incoming and outgoing documents are controlled, disseminated and filed correctly Ensures that the units documents are checked and submitted on time prior to their submission due date Input document data into required registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date Retrieve and record clearly on document register to whom they have been issued, date and distribute as appropriate Provide document control reports as requested, review progress and point out errors and / or delays or issues to relevant parties Liaise with subject matter experts on technical subjects in a positive, collaborative manner to prepare controlled documents Scan, photocopy documents as required Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures within the workplace and comply with new work instructions Perform other duties / tasks as required Bachelor Degree or higher level qualification in relevant subject.

    Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia Holder of Accreditation from known Institute would be an advantage Holder of current / valid Qatar Driving License Ability to speak and write is Arabic is advantage Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position Relevant training or qualification Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications including spreadsheets and database management Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of business principles Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents Proven experience in information and communication management Required typing speed Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and in particular Microsoft Excel 2010 Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
