One of the leading automotive dealership in Qatar looking for General Manager Sales (Automotive )You will be directly responsible for tactical and strategic revenue generation of the company.
Monitor and measure the performance of sales and profitability, perform analysis, develop strategic sales / financial plans for the dealership
Manages solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Coaches, mentors, develops and provides regular performance feedback to the sales team, empowering them to take responsibility for achieving their work goals.
Develops and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue targets
Skills and Qualifications
You have to be a real leader who has the strategic vision to leads the team towards the desired sales goals.
15+ Years Experience in Senior Sales role in the automotive dealership
Proven track record in selling with progressive influence on ROI.
Work in a team environment and build trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
