We are looking to hire a Secretary, to contribute to the company’s success.Role Summary : Your main responsibility is to support Executives in their day to day duties and activities, by providing support and administrative assistance.
Job responsibilities : Assist Executive in organising Agenda, following up pending matters, identifying area of priority and maintaining confidentiality.
Work with Executive in preparing presentation and business meeting documentation.Act as the main point of contact for all meetings, engagements and requests.
Organise internal and external meetingResponsible for all digital and hard copy documentation, filing and databasesResponsible for managing Executive calendarOrganising all travel planning and itineraryPrepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Providing administrative support as requestedJob requirements : Educated to degree level with at least 3 years experience in a similar positionHighly organised and methodicalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntegrity and professionalismProficiency in MS officeFamiliarity with office organisation and optimization techniquesReporting skillsPreferred multilingual (Arabic and English)Preferred experience in QatarJob Type : Full-
