LOCAL HIRING RECEPTIONIST IN MESAIEEDThe Receptionist / Administrative Assistants will be responsible for all Reception duties (Answering and transferring calls, meeting, greeting and seating guests as well as all Mail (internal and external) segregation and handling in addition to that they will act as a liaison between the company management and contractor management.
Record keeping of all correspondence between the company and contractor and for filing and compiling data.Any other minor administrative duties are to be included in the role.
