Act as Focal Point and provide business process support / problem resolution to ensure that end-users are able to execute their project tasks in SAP accordance with set timelines and communicate business requirements and system changes to ICT and SAP Competency Centre to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the system.
To ensure that the respective business process, application, and related data / information are in line with the organisations governance strategies, policies and standards and to ensure that the overall Business Process architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality.
To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within. Main activities include continuous assessment, recommendation and optimization initiatives of current business processes and applications.
