Responsible for a variety of job tasks in the completion of landscaping projects including but not limited to plant installation sodding seeding pruning trimming weeding and fertilizing Responsibilities Manage the execution of softscape projects equipment requirementsand timing to ensure completion of work within project schedule Manage safety quality and productivity of work sites Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project Read and interpret specifications to delegate complete work activities Supervise the work of staff members to ensure proper safety quality and productivity Utilize necessary equipment to complete job task Perform preventive maintenance tools and equipment by conducting inspections lubricating and cleaning on a daily basis Train staff members on proper and safe job methods Complete and submit all required paper works on daily basis Perform manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments and equipment
