By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities· Meet and exceed sales targets· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers· Implement sales strategic plans to meet annual targets set by the Sales Manager.
Prepare detailed business proposal, submittals, technical documents etc.· Prepare and conduct business presentations with prospective clients· Prepare and / or update company profile and sales presentations.
Proactively negotiate terms of agreement and close sales.· Maintain a good business relationship with clients, customers, and other business partners.
Perform self-performance review to gauge performance against targets.· Submit performance report to the Manager on a regular basis.
Participate actively in all departmental meetingsQualifications· 1-2 years of Gulf experience in relevant field.· Graduate / Postgraduate· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Qatari driving license is a must.
