About Your Job :
As a Technical Store Keeper you will be responsible to maintain the Technical Stores environment by ensuring that all aircraft parts, tooling and materials are handled, binned, stored, received, issued and shipped in accordance with QCAA requirements, approved company technical procedures and airworthiness regulations.
You will ensure all required material and tooling to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on OE and Customer Aircraft is made available to the Maintenance Department in a timely manner.
You will also be ensuring that, tooling is kept calibrated / tested in accordance with QCM requirements, approved company technical procedures and airworthiness regulations.
Key accountabilities include :
Apply best practices for the maintaining of the Stores environment as well as the storage, distribute and disposition of A / C" materials, tools and equipment.
Prepare materials, tooling and equipment for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events on QE and third party Aircraft performed locally and in off-site locations.
Participate in physical stock-taking and reconciliation of records to meet and continuously satisfy internal requirements, as well as periodic Finance and Quality Audit requirements.
Responsible for ordering, monitoring and ensuring that AOG shipments are received when required at any global location where a QE or client business jet is located.
Responsible for all inbound shipments of new, repaired, overhauled, recertified or calibrated materials, tooling and equipment and placing into Serviceable stock.
Responsible for monitoring and disposing of shelf life limited materials.
Provide support, as required, for warranty submissions.
Responsible for maintaining compliance in regards to QCAA / QR / QE policies and procedures for the storage, preparation and distribution of material, tooling and equipment.
You will actively participate in developing and implementing effective procedures for the QE Materials, Logistics and Warranty Department.
Work independently with minimum supervision while performing assigned tasks responsibly and accurately.
About You : Qualifications
Trade or Vocational Qualification.
Logistic / materials / procurement organization, and In depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance fundamentals appropriate to your area of employment.
Sound knowledge of air legislation.
Conversant with MS Office.
Previous Experience :
Experienced - minimum 3 years of job-related experience required.
3 Years' experience with the maintenance procurement department of a corporate, regional, charter or airline operator.
Recognised aircraft type rating, preferably an at least one aircraft operated or planned to be operated by QE.
