DohaJob Description Coordinating activities of internal and external events Event management, pre, on-site and post event - responsible for full logistics Discussing what the stakeholders wants Agreeing budgets and timescales with the management and stakeholders Booking venues, equipment and supplies Preparing invitations and sending them out at appropriate time Supervising contractors such as caterers Publicizing the event Defining company brand through events Coordinating with the creative departments Coming up with original ideas for events Making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day Ensuring that health, safety and insurance regulations are followedSkills Exceptional attention to details Fluent in Arabic and English language Proven project management skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools Team player with strong people skills, creative problem solving abilities and collaboration skillsEducationMarketing, Communications or other related field is required Experience
