Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Make sales calls to introduce company and win business
Follow-up on potential calls until final status and be able to seal a deal.
Account management through frequent visits to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly Targets
Leverage operations, technical and administrative resources effectively to sell and ensure effective delivery of a high level of service
Prepare weekly sales calls report and maintain a database of all visits and comments
Assists in the review of annual objectives related to Sales & Marketing activities
Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility
Provides information to Sales & Marketing Manager in preparation of weekly & monthly reports to management
Consults with internal departments regarding administrative requirements
Ensures that all communications are routed through proper channels and in an appropriate and acceptable format
Has the authority to prepare quotations and acquire feedback in order to secure business.
Has the authority to provide suggested sell rates to be sent to clients
