Responsible for the overallmanagement of the PMC Commissioning teams including ConstructionEngineers and Construction Supervisors.

Co-ordinate all Commissioning activities for theProject.

Ensure all aspects of Commissioningwork scopes are being effectively managed and performed by EPC andother Construction Contractors.

EnsureConstruction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Qualitystandards.

Ensure PMC Construction personnelare competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of workas identified in the Contract.
