Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Knows and compiles consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, pastry rules, policies and procedures
Create new recipes
Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of the work station area.
Ability to read and write in English
2-3 years prior experience as Pastry Chef in a high-volume environment
Knowledge of pastries preparation, presentation methods, techniques and quality standards
Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines.
