We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : In this role you will be part of IT Service Desk team to provide technical assistance and 1st level support.

You will be responsible for responding to queries over the phone and respond to emails for customers seeking help related to IT systems across QR IT.

You have to determine the nature of problem, run diagnostic programs to resolve problems remotely and follow-up with customers to ensure smooth resolution.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all tickets are responded efficiently in timely manner while adhering to QRIT standard process and procedure.

You should have hands on experience in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers & scanners; extensively efficient in mail management and respond to user queries & notification.

You should create knowledge base document for 1st level support teamsAbout you : To be successful in this role you must have customer facing experience with excellent English written and verbal skills.

You must handle multiple tasks at one time and work successfully as part of a team, while being under pressure. You must work varied hours / days based on business needs with process oriented approach to address issues in hand.

You must hold a Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent qualification with 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, preferably in an IT services industry.

We are looking for someone with good communication, problem solving skills and who can be flexible enough to work on shifts.

Having an IT industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE or ITIL V3 Certification (Foundation course) will be an added advantage.
