DohaRole & Responsibilities : Supports the executive chef, sous chef, line chefs as well as other kitchenAssists kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegatesAssists the line chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetables, meats and pastriesAssists the head chef in ensuring that food is prepared and served to the clients on timeAssists the executive chef in ensuring that health andsafety standards are upheld in the kitchenHelps the executive chef in the development of menusAssists other junior kitchen staff in ensuring that therestaurant is keep clean at all timesAssists the head chef in making requisitions for food.

Assists the kitchen staff in storing all food that is left over.Candidate Profile : Diploma in Cookery / Hotel Management / Home ScienceAt least 2 years’ experience in 5’Star HotelExperience in international cuisine with excellent cookingskills in fine diningMust be presentableSalary QR 1,800 + Co.
