The Microsoft Systems will lead the Windows administration in Managed Services team, and will be responsible to manage the day-
to-day activities of Microsoft systems administrations and manage the tasks distribution within the team. He will work in a mission critical projects, which required support 24 X 7 X 365 and might be assigned as On Call engineer during some months to support Major incidents and changes after working hours.
He may work in non-standard working hours and more than 8 hours a day. He will interact regularly with Customers and VIP to resolve their incidents and help IT support team when required during his working hours.
The candidate will be consulted to run some projects with the customer.
Primarily Skills And Experiences
Managing and maintaining Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Server 2008 / 2012, Windows 7 / 8, etc.).
Proven hands on experience in Microsoft different technologies and architecture.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (2008 / 2012) Administration.
Microsoft Group Policy deployment, standard computer settings, and security policy enforcement
Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Hyper-v and VMware ESX.
Expert knowledge and hands on experience with HP blade servers and / HP Virtual Connect.
Windows server 2008 / 2012 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Managing, configuration and troubleshooting experience with Exchange 2010 and 2013 server.
Experience with Cisco Iron-port / SonicWALL SMTP Appliance / Microsoft forefront Exchange.
Hands on Experience with SCCM suite with software update deployment / OSD deployment.
Experience with Citrix XenApp and Citrix NetScaler gateway
Managing, troubleshooting Symantec Enterprise Vault Server and client policy.
Experience with windows Fail-over cluster and SQL database cluster.
Managing Microsoft Lync 2013.
ITIL V3 certificate and hands-on experience.
File, Print and FTP servers 2008 and 2012.
Experience with Microsoft DNS and DHCP.
Experience with Symantec Netback and backup exec.
Experience with Trend micro email and Anti-Virus Solutions.
Secondary Skills And Experiences
Documentum system documents archiving.
Administrating Blackberry Enterprise BES5 and BDS10 servers and supporting end users blackberry devices.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System
