Role and responsibilities :
Managing all sales related activity for thedepartment.
Assist the sales team for theproposal of the supply of the material for the customerrequirement.
Providing data and sales figureto the department head for sales team performance.
Drives the pre-sales estimation process for fieldproposals and provide technical sales assistance for salesopportunities.
Preparing Commercial Proposals incompliance with Project Specification.
Assist Sales for internaland external correspondence to sales Team &customers.
Verify the availability andaccuracy of all required technical information in order to minimizethe mistakes in the Estimation.
Manages theestimate data through the entire proposal process.
This includes opportunity follow-up and lost salesanalysis.
Measured on volume estimated, numberof quotes, closure percentage, and executedmargin.
