  • Assist technical support staff inmanaging tickets to meet helpdesk service levelagreement.
  • Assist project team in planning andimplementation of special projects.
  • Assist inpreparing technical and functional documentations for operatingsystems.
  • Respond to client requests in timelyand accurate manner.
  • Perform root causeanalysis of complex system problems and provide correctiveactions.
  • Develop performance and systemsmodels, graphs, charts and specifications to systems staff whenneeded.
  • Ensure all staffs follow establishedstandards and guidelines.
  • Analyze metrics toevaluate IT system performance and recommendimprovements.
  • Develop vendor invoices,financial reports and monthly accruals.
  • Prepare memos, spreadsheets, and presentations forcustomers and managements.
  • Analyze resourceutilization, timesheet, and financial data for assignedproject.
  • Prioritize incoming mails and replyto non technical inquiries.
  • Maintain anelectronic library of user guides and trainingmaterials.
  • Prepare presentations and agendasfor business meetings and discussions.
  • Provideadministrative support and maintain in-depth knowledge of companypolicies and procedures.
  • Coordinateinternational and domestic calls and prepare itineraries for thevisitors.
