Check at thestart of his shift that products needed for his service stationsare on hand according to set per level and place the order of theproducts from the internal store
Take part inthe opening and closing duties of the bakery in compliance with thenorms and internal procedures and contribute in stocking andreceiving goods when needed
Receive food ordersand prepare requested items and their display as per outlinedrecipes, HACCP standards, portion control practices, anditems’ presentation guidelines
Ensuresanitation of work station at all times during the shift bycleaning the fridge, shelves and counter, sharpening knives andcleaning utensils upon end of shift
