  • Coordinate orientation, jobcontent, technology and customer service for area personnel andmanagement.
  • Collaborate with training vendorand central training area to determine training resourcematerials.
  • Manage training schedule for teammembers.
  • Train and arrange guest trainerscovering technical issues, new products and individual on-the-jobtraining and new hire orientation.
  • Createreports outlining training needs with suggestions and implicationslike operations and budget changes.
  • Determinetraining programs effectiveness and suggestimprovements.
  • Develop project plan and conductcost / benefit analysis to suggest on area management.
  • Adhere to training procedures to determine, deliver andtrack training programs.
  • with KP and HRdepartments to confirm policy and proceduralconsistency.
  • Manage area functions knowledgeand customer service and quality improvement literature.
  • Ensure full learning cycle, curriculum design,development, execution and review.
  • Design anddevelop industry benchmarks, effort and cost and suggest buy vs.build opportunities.
  • Determine trainingdelivery methods on classroom, web conferencing and e-learningmodalities.
  • Design customized trainingprograms through instructional design methodology to createsuccessful learning experiences.
  • Designlearning programs for reinforcement and measurement.
