1. Maintain all work according to Digital& PMO office procedures and policies.
2. Manageand recommend required improvements to all projectmethodologies.
3. Assist in closure for all projectsand perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with projectteam and maintain record of all IT governance meetings.
4. Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports.
5. Perform financial analysis on all budgets and preparevarious reports for all budget forecast.
6. Providesupport to various business project managers and ensure complianceto all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.
7. Review and monitor all program performance and perform regularaudits and prepare reports for seniormanagement.
