We are looking for someone to manage the overall sales operations of AREDC ensuring that all standards are maintained at all times.
The candidate will deal directly with potential clients in the market to buy, sell or rent properties.
Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities.
Prioritize and maximize leasing of owners and / or partner's properties.
Take ownership of the leased properties and provide appropriate after sales service.
Maintain and develop a proper client database.
Develop ideas and promote cross selling of products of other companies within Regency Group.
Respond to and follow up every sales enquiry within the same day.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients.
Possess knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal / external) and liaise with accounts and data entry department frequently to review such reports.
Assist landlords in renewing lease contracts, follow-up with tenants and even for maintenance of outside properties.
Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports in timely manner, keeping track of the sales & maintaing proper filing system.
Achieve and exceed the target sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
5+ years of sales experience in real estate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
