During the school year
workshops are scheduled after school and on weekends; during the summer, longer three-hour workshops are scheduled during the day.
Workshops and private sessions are a balance between fun, engaging literary games, focused writing time, and constant feedback from the instructor.
Instructors harness young writers' passion and curiosity. This part-time position will be in-person instruction at our Upper West Side location.
We are in need of instructors who find it easy to be supportive and enthusiastic about young writers' work and who are thoughtful instructors and writers.
Completed B.A., M.A., and / or publications preferred. Must be fully vaccinated.
Upper West Side, New York City. May also teach some workshops online.
