Experience of working within a corporate environment, reviewing organisational quality processes - Not construction / project based.
Planning and preparation : Contributing to the development of annual plans for quality programs and applications and follow-up compliance with quality standards of performance.
Awareness and training : the development of periodic plans and programs to expand the circle of knowledge of the importance of quality performance and training in dealing with their applications.
Supervision and development : supervision of the implementation of approved plans and programs and work on the development of its tracks and tools.
Monitoring and auditing : the development of audit plans and programs related to quality processes to monitor the defects in the quality of performance and points of violation of quality systems and procedures.
Preparation of studies and research on the conformity to international standards and procedures.
Prepare guidelines and directions for performance policies and quality.
Reporting and recommendations for sustainability of performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
More than 10 years of experience.
Excellent bilingual communication skills in business partnering / advisory roles - Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
