Partner with the bestFor our Field Services Organization in ASBHS JV we are looking for a Lead Field Service Manager to manage all field service activities in Qatar and deliver an outstanding level of quality to customers.

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for resources and logistics planning to perform services and maintenance on customers' site / property.

These activities contribute to, maintain and upgrade sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial).

As a Lead Service Manager, you will be responsible for : Providing technical guidance and work direction to service delivery people in support of a power equipment outage Implementing the procedure described in QMS for Operation Excellence Establishing an outstanding level of quality in execution Following up on resources assignment with local and regional assignment COE and resources managers Maintaining timing and clear communication with FSEs and MP crews (on their assignments) Monitoring the mobilization process from inside and outside the country keeping an updated job tracking as per the company ERPs and systems Developing, training and supporting on MP site requirements and training definition and completion Holding regular calls and rhythms with different FS stakeholders to insure smooth execution of the contracts Liaising with the Engineering and provide timely response to customers technical and quality issues by opening and following up on Service RequestsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will : Have Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent diploma with at least 3 years of experience in similar position Demonstrate commitment to EHS, integrity and compliance priorities Be responsible for field resource planning and cost analysis Experience in managing labor workforce and / or Site management Experience in Installation and field service activities of Turbo Machinery equipment Experience in logistics, maintenance, or systems engineering is preferred Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
