Role

  • Leading keyclient relationships from a strategic and client management pointof view
  • Business development in theregion
  • Serve as the primary relationshipowner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts withresponsibility for retention and growth.
  • Adding value to all client accounts by bringing new ideas,innovative solutions and fresh thinking to all campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver effective clientpresentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization upto C-Suite.
  • Provide input on new accountmanagement processes and workflows as needed
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customerservice levels, operational excellence and strategic industryinsights at all times.
  • Managing client campaigns froma planning, timeline and budget perspective
