Brief Description

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that staff required attending specific workshops are easily identified and followed up.
  • Liaising with line managers required events tasks
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Ensuring evaluation forms are completed and returned for each course
  • Assisting with reporting as requested such as; creating and maintaining training activity records, updating training records and ensuring information is accurate and up-
  • to-date and producing reports as required.

  • Responsibility for the coordination and delivery of a range of projects and regular events.
  • Keeping updated project plans, arranging meetings and ensuring systems and processes are established and projects delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each course
  • Maintain updated database and training records
  • Maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Research and recommend new training methods
  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
  • Any other business
