Head Mixologist Doha Qatar 5 Star Luxury Hotel Brand
We are looking for experienced HEAD MIXOLOGIST to join the team of a well-known, 5 star hotel brand located in Doha, Qatar.
As a Head Mixologist, your creative flair and passion for beverage will lead your Bar team to superior beverage experiences to our guests
Job Description
You will have excellent working knowledge of all products served in the bar
You will ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with companys standards
You will train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard
Contribute to shift briefings as required as well as lead staff training sessions for all beverage products
Complete product requisitions accurately and maintain bar beverage inventory control
You will ensure all bartender checks are closed and guest billing is accurate
Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks in line with the companys standards
Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships.
Skills and Experience needed :
At least 3 years bartending experience in a luxury establishment
Experience as Supervisor in a high end bar with the highest levels of service
Bartender qualification and additional trainings will be an advantage
Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
Fluent English
Good communication skills
Start : ASAP, subject to visa
Salary package :
Basic salary QAR 4500 - 5000, depending on skills and experience
