About the Role :
The is responsible for driving revenue-maximising strategies across the route / Origin Destinations (ODs) in the assigned region.
You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of revenue management and for creating cutting-edge Pricing, Inventory and Origin Destination management tactics.
You will work closely with the revenue management and pricing professionals as well as other departments to ensure that strategies are aligned to deliver Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer targets.
You are the central point of contact and escalation for Sales Heads on matters related to Revenue Management and Pricing.
You will convey an analytical foundation to uncover business opportunities and ways to address business risks / problems.
Your specific accountabilities will include :
Develops pricing and inventory control strategies across assigned routes in order to maximize Revenue per Available Seat per kilometer, average fares, seat factors and revenue at route and network / Origin Destination.
Determines the strengths and weaknesses across route groups and implement short-term initiatives to maximize opportunity such as tactical pricing, special event inventory allocation in tandem with Inventory and Pricing heads.
Recommends guidelines to be integrated in the Revenue Management Manual to improve overall department process efficiency.
Plans strategic capacity deployment based on seasonal peaks / off peaks
Presents and communicates stakeholders of mid and long term strategy and initiatives and ensures that policies are translated in terms of market and route pricing activity, inventory class allocation, capacity management and the optimal Origin and Destination mix.
Analyses key performance data at flight, route group and network level to assess effectiveness of route group pricing and inventory control strategies in terms of passenger numbers, Average fares, unit revenue and market shares.
Manages the optimisation of flight contribution through the steering of the flight contribution list.
Drives performance by pushing markets to achieve maximum profitability on weak flights.
Sets commercial and operational priorities in the route management window
Defines priorities of financial and commercial steering for these flights and escalates issues related to non-performance
About You :
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of job-related experience in Commercial Aviation industry. You have 6 to 8 years of demonstrated experience and expert knowledge on all aspects of commercial airline business including but not limited to sales / marketing, channel distribution, fares, interline business strategies, Origin & Destination Revenue Management Principles, inventory systems, forecasting methodologies and network planning principles.
You have strong business acumen and able to challenge others to manage change creatively, implement new approaches and encourage continuous improvement within your area of assignment.

You will be working in a multi-cultural environment and need to be able to delegate work, set clear direction for your team and manage workflow of both internal and external processes.
