What We Are Looking For :
Now we are looking for an Art Director. The mission is to maintain brand integrity and coherent visual identity for sales and marketing campaigns and communications across a portfolio of products and services.
Develop good understanding of our local audience and customers and have strong creative, analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to understand customer and market insights and analyze data, to ideate and evolve brand campaigns.
The Main Purpose of your role is to :
Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
Develop overall design concepts for campaigns and activations (eg. events, advertising, promotions, CSR, etc), aligning expectations on quality and delivery with senior stakeholders and working with Senior Designer to execute and produce
Visual direction and styling of digital (incl websites, videography and photography), advertising, physical spaces, interiors, print and broadcast collaterals, working together with digital comms and marketing & events teams to execute ideas
Assist with product development and new product launches as well as identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Able to manage different projects at the same time and work well under pressure
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Do you have some of these? :
Good eye for good aesthetic and design principles
Proficiency in design software (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
Excellent presentation skills including planning and creation
Clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Strong portfolio of previous work, preferably working with well established brands
Strong design skills showcased across a variety of platforms, channels and media
Creation of brand guidelines and visual identity
Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
