As E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for our E-Commerce channels of business (Website, mobile Application and affiliate applications).
Additionally, as our E-Commerce Marketing Specialist you will be a crucial part of a team that manages E-Commerce activity in order to strategically maximize sales opportunity and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Daily management of e-commerce website through updating content and coordinating with the back-end IT team.
Develop, coordinate, implement, monitor, and adjust marketing campaigns across our e-commerce platform.
Manage the following aspects for the web store and e-commerce platform :
Online customer experience.
Site shop ability.
Site content optimization.
Customer Communication strategy.
Online marketing initiatives calendar.
Online affiliate and referral programs.
Customer loyalty program.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns in order to drive traffic and sales as well as capitalize on current market trends.
Ensure online and traditional marketing campaigns are carried out in manner that is consistent in brand voice and tone across both mediums.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, adjusting as necessary.
Serve as subject matter experience regarding all things related to online merchandising and e-commerce sales.
Utilize strong analytical, big picture thinking, and creative leadership skills to develop marketing programs and campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, customer retention, conversion rates, and a lifetime value with a customer.
Drive business results / KPIs by leveraging data both for driving change and measuring impact of delivery.
Responsible for ongoing working knowledge of strengths / weaknesses, competitive advantages / disadvantages, key players, and other opportunities.
Collaborate and interact with Operations, Purchase and Sales and other internal departments in order to ensure everyone is on the same page for new product launches, promotions, and other marketing objectives.
Closely monitors market, customer needs, and trends and works within a cross-functional environment to translate into future enhancements and new experiences.
A bachelor’s degree in IT or Digital Marketing or equivalent relevant field.
2 to 4 years of professional e-commerce marketing experience.
Working knowledge in E-Commerce websites content management
Proven and demonstrable experience in driving business results through digital marketing campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
Superior interpersonal and communications skills to communicate (oral and written) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and company contacts, including presentation skills.
Technical skills in websites management.
Ability to analyze marketing plans effectiveness and understand ROI, with a willingness to be versatile and be hands-on with a lot of the work.
