MANAGE TMQ

  • Manage overall business including top line Volumes and bottom line with focus on NOI
  • Ensure receivables and expenses are under control
  • Ensure that TMQ grows profitably and increases market share as per plan
  • Implement group norms related to HSEQ and adhere to company policies and systems
  • Manage day to day functioning of TMQ.
  • Manage activities with external agencies and with government bodies & Total E & P.
  • Manage the inventory &distribution of products and ensure local delivery to customer on time in coordination with Third Party Logistics company
  • Manage administration and finance function locally, such as receivables and other local costs.
  • Manage customer service function and ensure on time delivery of products to customers
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and guidelines specific to positions role and responsibilities
  • NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS / KEY ACCOUNTS

  • Identify new projects in different business segments in the Market .
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to submit proposal.
  • Ensure that key accounts are given top priority and good relationship is established at different levels.
  • Ensure smooth management of distributors
  • BUDGETING & PLANNING

  • Prepare annual budget along with VP
  • Make the 3 years strategic business plan for TMQ
  • Ensure regular review of the plan and ensure action to achieve and exceed plan.
  • M ANAGE TMQ TEAM

  • Monitor the performance of the Qatar Team and the local sales team by conducting periodic reviews.
  • Analyze the Business performance by Segments to be in line with the business plan.
  • Provide the right inputs in both Sales and Technical side for the team during customer visits.
  • Organize customer meets and coordinate training session for customer
  • Coach and develop the Skills of the Sales Team and upgrade them for higher responsibilities.
  • RETAIL BUSINESS

  • Expand dealer base for Total and Elf products.
  • Coordinate with marketing team in TMME to launch suitable promotions for the market.
  • Increase market share of small packs on year-to-year basis
  • Focus on growing the network of Total ROCs & Pit stops.
  • MANAGE DISTRIBUTOR

  • Ensure smooth management of distributors with a view to minimize conflict and ensure harmonious growth
  • Set targets and conduct periodic review of TOTAL distributor and provide local support.
  • MANAGE CURRENT PORTFOLIO

  • Ensure there is seamless operation starting from identifying the customer needs to final delivery of the product.
  • Build relationships to all levels within the customer business to ensure partnership relationship.
  • Coordinate with Government Bodies for all issues related to business
  • MARKET INTELLIGENCE

  • Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis to the management
  • Clearly understand Market dynamics, current positions, Market Shares, Strategies
  • Make a SWOT analysis from time to time to reposition our strategies according to the changes in the
  • HSE OBJECTIVES

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

  • Arabic speaking an advantage
  • Education :

  • Graduate in Engineering preferably with Business Management Degree
  • Experience :

  • With at least 12 to 15 years experience preferably in lubricants business in Sales in which 3-5 years are in the same position.
