  • Drive the performance anddevelopment to increase turnover and profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction in thedevelopment and implementation of the strategic plan and objectiveswithin its operations.
  • Identify andopen new retail accounts and channels and working with existingwholesale customers to increase revenue in line with agreedbudgets
  • Oversee the preparation ofaction plans for individual as well as for team for effectivesearch of sales leads and prospects
  • Estimate sales potential marketwise / dealer wise / competitor wise andprepare sales plan on annual basis.
  • Monitor and ensure proper availability of necessary goods at thevarious sales channels ensuring cost effective logisticsoperations.
  • Identify new productdevelopment opportunities that will drive sales, and communicatethese requirements to the business.
  • Scrutinize dealer network management, identify and select newdealers / distributors through proper market mapping.
  • Maintain accuracy of all pricing, sales andactivity reports submitted by Accounts Department.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the marketarea to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
  • People development

  • Takeoverall responsibility for people development initiatives andbuilding up in-house capabilities for the employees across thegroup.
  • Drive a performance drivenculture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performanceparameters and feedback to the team members.
