QAR 4,000 a month Responsibilities : Attend to the phone lines at all times in a friendly and prompt manner - reservations and general questions Book and enter car reservations Make recommendations based on customer needs and upsell the services that we have.
Apply customer focused sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer additional options and / or services to enhance their rental experience.
Be knowledgeable on Sixt vehicle fleet and be able to provide any additional information necessary regarding option and / or additional services offered.
Assist customers by effectively responding to or resolving customer service issues. Perform other customer related duties to ensure our service exceeds customer expectations.
Follow up with potential clients. Meet monthly department goals- sales revenue. Follow Sixt policies procedures and service standards.
Communicate efficiently and professionally with your peers and customers. Other duties may be assigned.
Skills : Ability to use effective sales techniques. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
Knowledge of Car Rental or Car Leasing operations is an advantage Ability to type and perform data entry accurately. Must be comfortable with phone work and data entry.
Outgoing personality. Great at multi-tasking Attention to detail and organized Requirements : Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
Proactive and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Require strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
