Portfolio performance reviewsadvising on - renovations, expansions, redevelopment, potentialacquisitions and disposals when required

Improve promotional and marketing plan includingpricing

Reviewing pre-opening budgets andphases

Financial analysis and profit and lossresponsibilities

Review operating submissionsby operators

Monthly performance reviews ofoperators and discuss strategies to improve performance

Prepare and present powerpoints on performance to seniorstakeholders

Capital project tracking andliaison with design and construction teams

10 yearsexperience in luxury hotel industry with last 3 years as a GM / Director or Resident Manager

Bachelors degreein relevant field

2 years Asset managementexperience

Strong project management skillsand understanding of the entire hotel life cycle
