Develop through effective networking and marketintelligence an effective understanding and appreciation of thewide scope of projects and opportunities available in the rapidlydeveloping oil and gas, refining, fertilizers, petrochemicals,steel and utility sectors of the State of Qatar and the GCC.
Create, based upon detailed understanding of themarket and the aspirations of the client base a clearly definedbusiness to business sales strategy with defined project, accountand operating plans for the development of the business.
Development and implementation of winning customerstrategies to target and achieve a high level of success indeveloping sales revenue.
Success to be based on high qualitymarket and transactional intelligence and delivery of the highestquality.
Build strong senior levelinfluencing relationships with partner organisations focused ondeveloping their investment portfolio in the State of Qatar and theGCC and create mutually rewarding relationships for both partnersof Oryx and clients.
Building strong seniorlevel influencing relationships with existing and new targetclients in which the delivery of value added services and productsis at the core of developing a trusted advisory relationship withclients and take ownership of the development of opportunitieswithin the initial assignment.
Collation,interpretation, analysis and sharing of market and transactionalintelligence of developments within the market place such asinformation on potential projects, competitor activity and newtechnologies to identify new opportunities.
Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly salesobjectives in coordination with the Company's business planand for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterlyupdates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
Responsible for the overall direction of the businessactivity and profitability of the division through individualactivity and the management of individual sales plans andstrategies to ensure that individual goals are exceeded byincreased listing growth per sales team member and clientsatisfaction.
