DohaTo manage Exchange 2016 concepts and features such as High Availability DAG, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Autodiscover, Backups, Transport & Routing, etc.
Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders / calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access.
Perform technical administrative tasks on a daily basis to ensure the stability and availability of Exchange servers, troubleshooting server, mail routing and replication related issues.
Responsible to implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Exchange server security through secure access & monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
To manage Exchange Active Sync (EAS) infrastructure to ensure successful mail & calendar sync on the device.Performing successfully configuration changes to the infrastructure within the defined maintenance schedules.

OS and Application Patches, Roll-Ups, Upgrades, etc.Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / AdministrationWork closely to the Senior System specialist and other System Specialists to develop and maintain installation and configuration proceduresTroubleshoot for Mail Flow Related Issues, mail queue increase incident, mail delay incidents etc.
Configure and managing Microsoft Skype for Business ServersTo manage MDM Solution, preferably IntuneProven experience with Operations and Process control knowledge, such as ITIL concepts.
The candidate will be responsible for Change Management activities such as Exchange / OS upgrades, monthly Windows patching activities, etc.
Required Qualifications and SkillsA Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.ITILV3 Certified.Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE / MCITP)Minimum of 7 years in the field of IT system Administration.
