    Who are we?

In order to do this, we need to ensure that users have access to a wide assortment at quality restaurants that are available and accessible.

    How does this team contribute to Zomato?

    The value derived by our users from Zomato’s platform depends on the breadth and depth (available choice) of restaurants they find on Zomato.

    Sales Managers play a key role in delivering this value by managing relationships with Zomato’s restaurant partners and by taking initiatives to improve their business performance.

    Our Zomato sales team works simultaneously on multiple fronts - user onboarding, retention along with restaurateur experience and real time payment settlements.

    Requirements

    Here's what we are looking for (Technical Skills)

  • People who come with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great
  • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
  • Driving license
  • Here's what we are looking for (Soft Skills)

  • A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
  • Bonus Points

  • Someone who understands our audience
  • Extra points if you are already a Zomato user
  • Your typical day as a Zoman will look like

  • A field intensive role where you help restaurants market, engage and connect with their audience better by selling Zomato products
  • Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads, which could range from take-away joints to 5 Star properties to chains
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
