KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with organizer to exceed guestexpectation.
Organize and manage FFE& OSE for every functions
ManageGovernment protocols, Local preferences and restrictions
Create unique touch points for each type ofevent
Set periodical Banquet budget& forecast and analyze monthly P&L reports
Manage critical path for opening
Ensure decoy system is in place for all FFE andOSE
Ensure all Colleagues Grooming standardsare consistent with the hotel guidelines
Ensure beverages store are kept in check per function over justlarge orders
Ensure Fire & Lifesafety protocols are in place
Develop andmaintain all staff training programs
Prepareweekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business,operating budgets and standards of service
To recruit and select Banquet employees
Ensure proper care, security and maintenance of Banquet equipmentthrough proper supervision of service personnel, including outsidecontractors
Assume responsibility for shiftsupervisory duties on a regular basis, especially with VIP and"at cost" functions
