MEALSEntitlementto take all 3 meals at the Colleagues’ Cafeteria. LAUNDRYEntitlementto monthly allowance for personal clothing which is 50 PIECES in accordancewith the Company’s Policy and Procedure on Laundry and Dry Cleaning.
WORKING DAYSYourworking hours will be 48 hours per week (6 days a week) and you will be entitledto receive one full weekly rest day.
The 48-hour week does not include a dailybreak of 60 minutes and will be worked within a variation of shifts. REST PERIODAdditionalrest days in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Law.
ANNUAL LEAVEEntitlementto 30 day’s annual leave per year, after completion of ONE (1) continuousyears’ service.PUBLIC HOLIDAYSEntitlementto 11 days Public Holidays during the year.
SICK LEAVEEntitlementto 30 days Sick Leave after completion of 3 months service in accordance withthe provisions of the Labour Law.
MEDICAL SERVICES / ILLNESS Coveragefor medical treatment as per insurance policy and hotel policy. Candidates aremedically covered by our hired medical insurance company, whereby they can useany hospital / clinic of their choice that is affiliated to them.
Clinicalfacility attended by a qualified doctor 5 days per week and a daily clinic conductedby a qualified nurse where employee’s illnesses can be assessed.
