Position SummaryWorking under the direction of the Senior Education Specialist with the Division of Medical Education this role support the WCMQ accreditation process and procedures.
The incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of tasks and projects that require a high degree of professionalism and use of judgment.
This role is also expected to work fairly autonomously and be able to problemsolve and handle ad hoc business requests as required.
This is a fixed term 6month position with flexible work hours of approximately 5 hours per day.Job ResponsibilitiesCollects collates analyzes and distributes information related to the accreditation project.
Organizes appointments group meetings and conference calls.As required compiles and distributes agendas and materials and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Provides wordprocessing spreadsheet and presentation software services including drafting routine correspondence and collates information and prepares formats and proofreads reports for ad hoc projects as required.
Prepares itineraries and coordinates the arrangements as requested.Maintains strict confidentiality and security of all documentation particularly that pertaining to students faculty and staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
