Our client is a corporate law firm based inthe heart of West Bay, Doha who is looking for a professional andwell-presented Front Office Administrator to join their team.
As the voice of the company you will beresponsible for answering all incoming calls and directing callsand incoming queries, meeting and greeting guests as well ascoordinate with venders and courier companies.
You will ensure thereception area and board / meeting rooms are maintained at all timesand ready for the next meeting, including liaising with the IT teamto coordinate any IT requirements and draft non-legal letters / memosin Arabic / English / Arabic as required.
Working alongside a team ofoffice administrators who report into the Office Manager you willalso assist with managing the diary and travel arrangements of theLawyers / Fee Earner’s and the Office Manager asrequired.
