Run and supervise any kitchensection to the required standards set by management.
Ensure all preparation of the designated section iscomplete and ready for each service
Responsible for the quality control of stock and preparedfoods
Execute cooking to the expected highstandard quickly and efficiently
Ensure thecleanliness and organization of the designated section, includingfridges is monitored and maintained to the requiredstandard
Support head chef and sous indelivering required standard of food, and kitchenoperation
Effectively delegate jobs to juniorchefs and apprentices
Support junior chefs andapprentices in their development
Actively seekto improve skills and achieve personal development
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Comply with the grooming and hygiene standards
