You will join our Facility Management department

As our new FM Consultant and Receptionist, you will be part of a team supporting the Energy Business in Doha and deliver solutions to various functions.

You will be operating as part of Facility Management team. You shall be prioritising and managing own tasks under supervision from Doha Office Manager.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be

Specific job tasks

  • Attend to calls and receive visitors sitting in the reception.
  • Maintain security by following FM / HSE procedures, monitors staff movement and log books.
  • Organise and issue access cards to staff and visitors.
  • Handle driver booking and coordinate transport or purchase requirements.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and meeting hospitality requirements.
  • Monitor stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Receive post mails and courier deliveries.
  • Procurement Support Role

  • Creates purchase orders and process procurement of approved goods or services.
  • Ensures FM suppliers are registered and approved in accordance to procedure.
  • Travel Management

  • Books hotel and flight tickets in accordance to the Global Business Travel Policy.

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent.
  • Is recognized as having an ability within a team and business process environment, for undertaking required activities in a professional manner and for demonstrating good use of own time.
  • Has recognized professional experience related to one or more business support areas and / or disciplines with 3-5 years working experience.
  • Must work effectively across boundaries and understand the dynamics of multicultural work as well as multidisciplinary team environments.
  • Must have prior experience in travel management role and procurement.
  • Demonstrates good commercial and business understanding. Must actively contributes to optimize team performance.
  • Good English language skills (written and oral), along with good communication skills.
  • Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include The candidate must exude can do and positive attitude.

    Must be willing and a quick learner or adapt to changes. Must have capacity to think and act independently and under guidance, to use initiative when required and to demonstrate an ability to seek support when situations and / or requirements are unclear.
